Who We Serve
- Adolescents (ages 12–17) through our outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder programs
- Adults (ages 18 and older) through outpatient, detoxification, and residential treatment programs
A central goal of the admissions process is determining whether St. Joseph Health Services is the right fit for you. During your initial assessment, our experienced admissions staff will work with you to identify the level of care best aligned with your clinical needs, goals, and circumstances.

How To Begin The Admissions Process

Step 1: Call Our Admissions Team
Starting treatment is as simple as making one phone call. A knowledgeable and compassionate admissions specialist is available to assist you

Step 2: Complete a Brief Assessment
During your initial call, we will gather basic information to better understand your situation and determine whether our services are appropriate.

Step 3: Get the Right Care Path
If another provider or program may better meet your needs, we will gladly assist with a referral to ensure you receive the right care.

Financial & Insurance Support
- We work directly with insurance providers to verify benefits and coverage
- For individuals without insurance, our admissions and billing teams will help explore options for medical coverage or private payment arrangements
