Day and Night Treatment Facility at St. Joseph Recovery Center

ADMISSION PROCESS

At St. Joseph Recovery Center, we understand that making the choice to enter treatment can be scary and stressful. Once you have made this courageous decision, our goal is to eliminate any obstacles that may prevent you from continuing on your path to recovery.  This commitment begins with our admissions process. We have worked diligently to make this process as efficient and productive as possible.

What Are St. Joseph Recovery Center’s Admissions Requirements?

St. Joseph Recovery Center is dedicated to treating adult men and women, ages 18 and older, who have been struggling with substance abuse and addiction. We specialize in the treatment of patients whose chemical dependency is accompanied by certain co-occurring mental health disorders. One of the most important goals of the admissions process is determining if St. Joseph is the best fit for you. During your initial assessment, our admissions staff will help you determine the program that will best meet your needs and help you to achieve your treatment goals.

How do I start the Admission’s Process?

Starting the admissions process is as simple as making one phone call. A friendly and knowledgeable member of our team is available to speak with you Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. During that initial call, you’ll be asked to provide some basic information so that we can determine if St. Joseph is a good fit for you. We want to make sure that our services are appropriate for the issues that you’ve been experiencing. If it looks like you might be better served by a different treatment center, we will be happy to provide you with a referral.

What Happens During My Assessment?

If that phone call indicates that St. Joseph has the type and level of care that you need, we’ll schedule you for an on-site assessment. This will involve a more detailed look at your history, to ensure that the members of your treatment team have identified and are prepared to treat all of your concerns. The information that we collect during the assessment will form the foundation of your personalized treatment plan.

Can I Get Help with Financial Questions?

A member of our admissions team will also discuss financial matters with you so that you have a clear understanding of all costs prior to starting treatment. Our case managers will be happy to work directly with your insurance company to verify your coverage. If you do not have insurance, our case managers will help you examine your options to obtain medical coverage or schedule private payment to cover your stay.

How Can I Learn More?

We understand that when you’re trying to get help for yourself or a loved one, the process can be intimidating. But please know that every step serves an important purpose. By choosing St. Joseph Recovery Center, you will be working with experienced, compassionate professionals whose sole purpose is getting you back on the path to a brighter tomorrow.
