Day and Night Treatment Facility at St. Joseph Recovery Center

Who Can Benefit from Residential Treatment?

The residential treatment program at St. Joseph Recovery Center is designed for adult men and women, ages 18 and older, who have been struggling with an addiction to alcohol, opiates, amphetamines, or other drugs.
Our residential program also serves adults whose addiction is accompanied by certain co-occurring mental health disorders, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
While we are proud to support individuals who are experiencing co-occurring mental health challenges, please note that you must have a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder (the clinical term for addiction) in order to be admitted into our residential program.

Our Mobile Units travel to 14 counties in West Virginia, offering comprehensive outpatient services in rural areas, increasing access to follow up treatment. One of the many benefits of residential care at St. Joseph Recovery Center is that if you need additional support after discharge, our case managers are a phone call away. Case managers can help make the transition to living in recovery smoother by providing referrals for job training, higher education, medical needs, housing, etc. This ensures continuity of care and can protect you from immediate relapse as you gain a stronger foothold in early recovery. Whenever your time with us comes to a close, you will leave with a detailed discharge plan. This plan will document the progress you made while in our care, note the issues and challenges that may require additional support, and identify the community-based resources that may be of assistance to you as you pursue lifelong recovery.
