Donna Meadows | CEO
Under Donna’s leadership, St. Joseph has quickly grown to be one of the largest comprehensive treatment facilities in West Virginia. During her career, Donna Meadows has demonstrated commitment and determination in providing medical care to individuals affected by behavioral health and substance use disorder issues in medically underserved areas of West Virginia. In 2019 Ms. Meadows was recognized by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with the State Award for Excellence for her innovative approach to providing holistic care for those suffering from addiction. Ms. Meadows’s recent accomplishments with St. Joseph include improving access to substance abuse care through mobile units in rural areas of the state and the establishment of the first credentialed outpatient, free-standing community care option for Veterans. Donna enjoys staying connected with the beautiful outdoors in West Virginia where she loves working on her farm along with raising and showing American Saddlebred Horses.

Jordan Granus | Program Director
Jordan graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing. She is also a graduate of Bluefield State College as a Registered Nurse. Jordan is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Walden University. Jordan has significant experience in the fields of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, as well as new business start-up and development. Before coming to St. Joseph Health Services in March 2019, Jordan was most recently the Director of Marketing for a successful comprehensive treatment center/ OBMAT in central West Virginia and currently assists with all operational aspects of St. Joseph Health Services. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys riding and showing American Saddlebred Horses with her son and family.

Crystal Doan | Financial Controller
Crystal received her Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Ohio University in 2008. She pursued accounting classes at West Virginia University – Parkersburg and received her master’s in business administration from Marshall University in 2021. Chrystal was previously employed by a large out-patient physical therapy company as Team Leader of Accounting. During her twelve-year tenure with her previous employer, Chrystal gained valuable knowledge in healthcare accounting including financial controls. Chrystal came on board with St. Joseph Health Services in April 2022. She leads the Finance Department and is actively involved in many projects and committees within the organization. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Chrystal resides in Parkersburg with her husband, Chris, and their two young children.

Cheryl Angus | Human Resource Director
Cheryl graduated from West Virginia University Parkersburg with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Nursing. She is also a graduate of Valencia College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Cheryl has extensive Business and Human Resources experience. Prior to coming to St.
Joseph Recovery Center in 2022, Cheryl worked for the US Government for 4 years. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to relaxing at the barn with her horses.

Molly Jones | Director of Nursing
Molly served as the Director of Nursing before transitioning into her role as Clinical Director. Molly graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Family Studies. She is also a Registered Nurse who graduated from West Virginia University. Prior to her tenure at St. Joseph, Molly worked in community behavioral health as a case manager, and as a charge nurse for 10 years on 2 inpatient psychiatric units. Molly enjoys the outdoors, swimming, and spending time with her family.
