Comprehensive Treatment Services
Medically Supervised Detoxification (Withdrawal Management)
Begin recovery safely with 24/7 medical supervision. Our clinical team prioritizes comfort and safety throughout the detoxification process, with seamless transition to residential, outpatient, or mobile services based on individual needs.
Residential Treatment
Our structured inpatient program provides immersive, individualized care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Patients receive intensive therapeutic support in a safe, healing environment.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
This flexible yet clinically robust program offers frequent individual and group therapy sessions while allowing patients to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities.
Outpatient Services
Designed for ongoing support or step-down care, outpatient services promote continuity and stability with therapy tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and recovery goals.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use Disorder
Office-based MAT combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and recovery support to safely and effectively treat opioid use disorder in an outpatient clinical setting.
Mobile Outpatient Treatment
St. Joseph operates eight mobile clinics serving 17 counties in West Virginia and 8 counties in Southeast Ohio. These clinics deliver behavioral health and substance use disorder services directly to communities, offering access to medical providers, therapy, peer recovery support, and laboratory services—bringing care closer to home.
Behavioral Health Services
We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and professional individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS is an FDA-approved, non-invasive treatment for treatment-resistant depressive disorders. Clinical evidence shows TMS can significantly reduce depressive symptoms for individuals who have not responded to traditional antidepressant medications.
Specialized Programs & Holistic Therapies
Dual-Diagnosis Treatment
St. Joseph specializes in integrated care for individuals with co-occurring substance use and behavioral health disorders, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
Experiential & Holistic Therapies
Healing extends beyond traditional therapy. Patients may participate in experiential therapies such as animal-assisted therapy, art therapy, hiking, yoga, and other wellness activities that foster emotional awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

We honor those who have served by offering specialized programming that addresses service-related trauma alongside substance use and behavioral health treatment.
